PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioning device that increasing ion generating amount, thereby enhancing an antiseptic effect in air.
SOLUTION: A discharging surface 2 of the ion generating element 1 is tilted and provided so that an upper stream side is closer to the installation board 3 and a lower stream is more away from the installation board 3 in relation to a flow path P of air, and so that an apex A of a tilt angle &theta in relation to the flow path P of air is positioned on an upper stream side.
