The present invention provides a food dryer using a basalt composite panel, comprising: a drying chamber provided with an internal drying space into which a carriage loading a drying target can be charged； a heater installed within the drying chamber； an air circulation fan installed within the drying chamber and arranged at a different position from the heater； a ventilation blower installed within the drying chamber to discharge dried air to the outside； and the basalt composite panel installed within the drying chamber and radiating far infrared rays by high temperature heat generated by the heater, wherein the basalt composite panel is configured to include: a basalt slab； and a melted coating layer formed on the surface of the basalt slab.본 발명은 건조 대상물이 적재된 대차가 장입될 수 있는 내부 건조 공간을 구비하는 건조실과, 상기 건조실의 내부에 설치되는 히터와, 상기 건조실 내부에 설치되며, 상기 히터와 다른 위치에 배치되는 공기 순환 팬과, 상기 건조실 내부에 설치되어 건조 공기를 외부로 배출하는 배기용 송풍기와, 상기 건조실 내부에 장착되어 상기 히터에서 발생하는 고온의 열에 의해 원적외선을 방사하는 현무암 복합 판재를 포함하며, 상기 현무암 복합 판재는 현무암 판석과, 현무암 판석에 표면에 형성된 용융 코팅층을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 현무암 복합 판재를 이용한 식품 건조기를 제공한다.
