PURPOSE: A high pressure water type lotus root harvester using high pressure water is provided to spray the high-pressure water to lotus root culture soil having high hardness for softening the soil and easily harvesting the lotus roots.CONSTITUTION: A high pressure water type lotus root harvester includes a underwater pump(20), a high pressure water generator(30), a transfer pipe(40), a control unit(50), and a crushing unit(60). The underwater pump pumps water from a water source for supplying. The high pressure water generator includes a temporary reservoir for storing the water supplied from the underwater pump, and a high-pressure pump discharging the water in the high pressure. The transfer pipe transfers the obtained high pressure water by being combined to an outlet of the high pressure water generator. The control unit includes a lever for opening and closing a flow path.
