PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source device which can reduce the number of remote sensing signal lines and a magnetic resonance imaging apparatus.
SOLUTION: A control circuit 11 obtains a voltage in the input terminal 22 of a load 2 in accordance with a voltage Vi1 in a first input terminal detected by a power module PM1, the output voltage Vo1 of the power module PM1, a current I1 flowing through the output signal line 31a of a cable 3, the output voltage Vo2 of a power module PM2, a current I2 supplied to the signal line 32 of the cable 3 and a ratio of the resistance of the output signal line 31a to the resistance of the output signal line 32. The second power module PM2 adjusts the output voltage Vo2 in accordance with the voltage obtained by the control circuit 11.
