The present invention relates to a plastic surgical injection needle. The plastic surgical injection needle comprises: an input unit to which a surgical thread is inserted and an insertion unit integrally formed on an upper end of the input unit and having a diameter bigger than that of the input unit. The plastic surgical injection needle further comprises a cap comprising a cylindrical tube and having an insertion groove at the center to prevent the surgical thread from slipping or bending while descending when one end of the surgical thread is inserted, wherein the cylindrical tube of the cap is inserted into the insertion unit such that the outer lateral surface of the cylindrical tube of the cap descends vertically while being supported by an inner lateral surface of the insertion unit. The injection needle enables the surgical thread to be lowered in a stable manner without bending, shaking or slipping when the elastic surgical thread is penetrated into the skin such that the surgical thread can be positioned more stably on the desired skin layer.
