A device with an interdental brush of the type comprising a support end is disclosed, having a transversal hole capable of housing the deformable stem of a replaceable interdental brush, whereon a cap may be fitted, slidable between two end-stop positions determined by the contrast of a first opening thereof with a projecting pin coaxial with said transversal hole, the cap further having a second opening opposite the first one to allow said deformable stem to pass through, and wherein the support end has a curved back profile with a wide curvature radius and the cross-section profile of the support end is rounded at least on its back side.
