PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spirometry device and spirometry program, capable of sequentially displaying images for promoting breathing out even after a measured value reaches a prediction value.SOLUTION: A spirometry device comprises: a calculation unit 21 that on the basis of information on a subject, calculates a prediction value of a lung volume in forced vital capacity measurement； a creation unit 22 that on the basis of the subject's breathing out, creates a flow volume curve indicating relation between an air flow and lung volume； an operation unit 23 that calculates a degree of a measurement value by the forced vital capacity measurement reaching the prediction value on the flow volume curve； a selection unit 24 that sequentially selects pictures corresponding to the calculated degree； and a display control unit 25 that makes a display unit display the selected pictures. When the measurement value by the forced vital capacity measurement reaches and exceeds the prediction value, the operation unit 23 calculates a degree of the excess.
