The present invention relates to a spine brace comprising: a waistband part(100) comprising a left and right waistband(110, 120) in which a magic tape(150) is formed in one side of each waistband and which fix each other by covering a waist and a connection band(130) having a fixture(136) and guy wires(135) which fix the waist by secondarily tightening the waist between the left and right waistbands(110, 120) and which is extended in the direction of one side； and a back part(200) which tightly contacts to the back of a user and combines a shoulder strap(300) with the waistband part(100) in the external surface. The fixture(136) in the waistband part(100) comprises: a bobbin in which the guy wires(135) drawn from the connection band(130) are winded； a motor which is connected to the bobbin by a gear body and electrically drives the bobbin； a driving power battery of the motor； a switch inputting a driving order from the motor； a control unit outputting the driving control information of the motor if the driving order of the switch is input； and a thin box type case which accommodates a circuit board in which the bobbin, the motor, the gear body, the battery, and the control unit is formed and on which the switch is formed outwards, thereby electrically driving the pulling and releasing of the guy wires(135).
