PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray fluoroscopic photographing apparatus capable of performing operation by individually managing compression force in each subject.SOLUTION: An X-ray fluoroscopic photographing apparatus includes an X-ray fluoroscopic table having a compression device 104, a voltage generation device 109 for supplying voltage to the X-ray fluoroscopic table, an image processor 115 for processing an output from the X-ray fluoroscopic table, and an operation input-output part.
