The present invention provides a propagation method of Vaccinium oldhamii. Also, the present invention provides a mass redifferentiation method of the Vaccinium oldhamii. According to the present invention, the propagation method is a new method capable of replacing a prior Vaccinium oldhamii propagation method which had difficulty in cultivating, multiplying and managing, and can contribute to stable securing of seeds and productivity improvement since the propagation method can propagate a large quantity of plant efficiently and continuously.
