PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit scattering of cut grass and pebbles in a side separating from a mower, even at a part between steering wheels.SOLUTION: The steering-type mower includes: a pair of left/right wheels provided on one end side and the other end side respectively in the longitudinal direction of a traveling machine body in both sides of a mower 4 a steering mechanism 50 capable of steering the pair of left/right wheels of any one of or both of the one end side and the other end side and a suspension cover 56 inhibiting scattering of cut grass in the longitudinal direction between the pair of left/right wheels.
