A new and unique X Mangave plant named ‘Moonglow’ characterized by narrow, slightly arching succulent foliage of glaucous, silvery blue-green developing very large, dark, greyed-purple spots. The waxy, light green and yellow flowers on tall, stiff, lightly branched scapes are loaded with nectar [and] are highly attractive to hummingbirds.
