The flexible fabric 1 also has cuts such as 4 along the lower side. This enables sections of the fabric such as 5 to be bent by 90 degrees towards the garden centre and so helping to keep the soil in the garden. The structural members such as 3 are held together in a circular pattern above the garden by a spoked wheel 6 in such a way that the spokes fit inside the structural members. Any garden covers 8 are held in place by a vertical central structural member 7 which passes through the centre and protrudes above the spoked wheel 6. With the introduction of a draw string 9 into the perimeter of the garden cover 8, it is possible to keep pests such as snails out of the garden.
