PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional filter capable of exhibiting sufficient antifouling function, deodorant function, antibacterial function, harmful component removal function or the like under visible light and further capable of being manufactured at low cost.SOLUTION: To solution obtained by dissolving 2 g of lithium silicate in 20 cc of pure water, 10 g of a visible light responding light catalyst (tungsten oxide carrying copper oxide) in which copper oxide having a particle diameter of 1 nm or more and less than 8 nm is carried on tungsten oxide having a particle diameter of 1 nm or more and less than 8 nm is added and stirred for 10 min with a stirrer, then sprayed to a filter substrate composed of unwoven fabric with a basis weight of 15 g/m2 and a size of 240 mm×290 mm and dried at 383 k (110°C) for 5 minutes, consequently the functional filter is manufacture in which the visible light responding light catalyst (tungsten oxide carrying copper oxide) is carried on the filter substrate (unwoven fabric) by a lithium silicate which is an inorganic binder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】可視光下において十分な防汚機能、脱臭機能、抗菌機能、有害成分除去機能等を発揮することができ、しかも、廉価に製造することができる機能性フィルターを提供する。【解決手段】粒子径が1nm以上8nm未満の酸化タングステンに粒子径が1nm以上8nm未満の酸化銅を担持した可視光応答型光触媒(酸化銅担持酸化タングステン)10gを、ケイ酸リチウム2gを純水20ccに溶解させた溶液中に加えてスターラで10分撹拌後、目付15g/m2、サイズ240mm×290mmの不織布からなるフィルター基材に噴霧して383k(110℃)で5分間乾燥させることで、可視光応答型光触媒(酸化銅担持酸化タングステン)が無機バインダーであるケイ酸リチウムによってフィルター基材(不織布)に保持された機能性フィルターを製造した。【選択図】 図1
