PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin molded article having no large difference in shield performance even with different polarization direction.SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin molded article is a thermoplastic resin molded article containing carbon fiber, the carbon fiber is contained in an amount of 0.4 mass% to 10 mass% inclusive, the average length of the carbon fiber is 0.5 mm to 15 mm inclusive, the thermoplastic resin is polypropylene and contains polypropylene having at least one of a carboxyl group or a carbonyl group, and the carbon fiber has a CI group on its surface.
