The present invention relates to hair treatment composition comprising active substances at higher concentration than usual, which still provides hair pleasant conditioning effect. An aqueous composition for conditioning hair comprising - at least one fatty alcohol, - at least one emulsifier system comprising at least one nonionic surfactant with an HLB (hydrophilic-lipophilic balance) value of 9 or less and at least one nonionic surfactant with a HLB value of 11 or more, - at least one particular aminated silicone and where all compounds other than water are comprised in the composition at a concentration in the range of 25 to 75 weight %, calculated to the total of the composition.
