PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmic laser surgery device capable of appropriately changing a repetition frequency of laser pulses exited to a patients eye, and an ophthalmic surgery program.SOLUTION: The ophthalmic laser surgery device includes a mode-locked laser light source, an amplifier, a first modulator, a second modulator, and a control part. The mode-locked laser light source repetitively generates seed laser pulses. The amplifier amplifies the laser pulses generated by the mode-locked laser light source. The first modulator modulates laser pulses that are not amplified by the amplifier. The second modulator modulates the laser pulses amplified by the amplifier.
