The disclosed subject matter relates to a surface treatment method for a household product such as a medical device, a textile product, a food product, home appliances and the like and, more specifically, comprises: an antimicrobial coating film forming step for forming an antimicrobial coating film by vacuum evaporating a silane compound on the surface of a household product； a mineral deposition film forming step for depositing mineral ions on the surface of the household product on which the antimicrobial coating film has formed by means of the antimicrobial coating film forming step； and a far infrared ray irradiating step for irradiating far infrared rays emitted from rare earth powder on the household product on which the mineral deposition film has formed by means of the mineral deposition film forming step.
