PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To magnetically guide a capsule medical device inside a subject with high accuracy by applying a magnetic field of an optimum condition for the capsule medical device.

SOLUTION: The magnetically guiding system 1 includes: a magnetic field applying unit 2a for applying the magnetic field to the capsule medical device 10 and magnetically guiding the capsule medical device 10 an information obtaining unit 4 for obtaining physical information about magnetic guiding of the capsule medical device 10 and a control unit 8. The control unit 8 sets a magnetic field condition based on the physical information obtained by the information acquiring unit 4, controls the magnetic field applying unit 2a to apply the magnetic field, corresponding to the set magnetic field condition, to the capsule medical device 10, and controls the magnetic guiding of the capsule medical device 10.
