PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waist corset which prevents or mitigates lower back pain while securing the degree of freedom of the spine.SOLUTION: The waist corset 1 comprises a fixing surface 11 to be applied to the abdomen of a wearer, and a belt part 12 extending from the fixing surface 11. The fixing surface 11 has an upper fixing end 111 and a lower fixing end 112 projected up and down. The belt part 12 is extended in either left or right direction from a height held between the upper fixing end 111 and the lower fixing end 112.
