The present invention relates to an aliquoting method for a cryopreserved cord blood unit for transplants, and more specifically, to a method for producing and storing a fresh cord blood unit through the same process as the cryopreserved cord blood unit by using a capillary for cryopreservation, thereby allowing the cryopreserved cord blood unit to be repeatedly subjected to quality control. According to conventional methods, an unfrozen sample is delivered on the same day to another cord blood bank for examination, or a sample frozen in a standard vial may come in contact with air, and thus the same conditions as for the cryopreserved cord blood unit are not provided.
