PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device in a modular graft and related system and method.SOLUTION: The system in graft, in some examples, can include a first device in graft and a second device in graft, each having an integrated frame, cover, and inner cavity in the cover. Each device in graft includes an upper part and a lower part. The upper part is allowed to have a convexly bent outer wall and a partition. The first and second devises in graft can be configurated to get elongated into a flat composition having the cross-sectional size and length of the first device in graft and to expand into an extended composition having the cross-sectional size of the second device greater than that of the first device and the length of the second device shorter than that of the first device.
