The present invention relates to a novel bacteriophage and use thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a separated bacteriophage with Deposit No. KFCC11634P which has killing activity specific to Pseudomonassyringae pv. actinidiae a pesticide composition containing the bacteriophage as an active ingredient an antibacterial agent containing the bacteriophage as an active ingredient a disinfectant or cleanser containing the bacteriophage as an active ingredient a bacteriolysis method comprising a bacteriophage processing step and a method for controlling plant disease comprising a bacteriophage processing step. The novel bacteriophage of the present invention has killing activity specific to Pseudomonassyringae pv. actinidiae and has excellent acid resistance, heat resistance, and UV ray resistance.
