PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a single care giver to easily provide a nursing care action and to reduce physical burden on the care giver by solving the following problem: in a conventional nursing care situation, burden on the body of the care giver who provides nursing care action is heavy, an old person often cares for the other old person, and there is no convenient tool to use.SOLUTION: A mat for nursing care includes: a mat body comprising a flat bag body which swells from a flat state to a three-dimensional state by being installed under the bedding, such as the futon or sheet of a bed, and by the inflow or extraction of the fluid, and which allows a part of the body of a person being cared to vertically move together with the bedding, and also which has airtightness and a fluid inflow hose attachment part freely attachable/removable to and from a cylindrical fluid inflow port and a fluid inflow device having a fluid inflow adjustment valve. The mat for nursing care is placed so that the body mat is below the waist part and, by the inflow of the fluid and by lifting up the part around the waist part of the person being cared together with the bedding, a part around the buttocks is floated to form a space in which the care giver provides a nursing care action, such as diaper exchanges, wiping the body, or changing positions of the body. Thereby easily providing the nursing care action.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は従来の介護現場では介護行為を行う介護者の体に掛かる負担が大きく、かつ、高齢者が高齢者を介護すると言った状況も少なくない。また、簡便に使える道具も無いと言った問題点を解消し、一人でも容易に介護行為を行う事が可能となり、介護者の肉体的負担を軽減させる事を目的としたものである。【解決手段】本発明は、寝床の布団またはシーツなどの寝具の下に設置し流体を流入したり抜いたりする事により、平面状態から立体状態に膨張し、寝具ごと被介護者の体の一部を上下動させる事を可能にし、気密性と筒状流体流入口に着脱自在の流体流入用ホース取付部を有した平面袋体からなるマット本体と流体流入量調節バルブを有した流体流入装置からなる介護用マットである。また、本発明は本体マットを腰部の下辺りになる様に設置し、流体を流入し寝具ごと被介護者の腰部周辺を持ち上げる事により臀部周辺が浮いた状態になり、介護者がオムツ交換や清拭、体位変換などといった介護行為を行う空間を形成し、介護行為を容易に行う事が出来る。【選択図】図1
