PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope system, a processor device, an operation method for an endoscope system, and an operation method for a processor device by which an appropriate result can be acquired when multi-frame signal processing is performed.SOLUTION: An endoscope system 10 includes an unsharpness calculation part 62, a movement amount calculation part 63, an image signal selection part 66, and a multi-frame signal processing part 71. The unsharpness calculation part 62 calculates first unsharpness and second unsharpness that are the unsharpness of an observation object that a first image signal corresponding to first illumination light and a second image signal corresponding to second illumination light indicate. The movement amount calculation part 63 calculates a first movement amount and a second movement amount that indicate a movement amount of the observation object that the first and second image signals indicate.
