The present invention relates to a composition containing a human-derived fat stem cell culture extract and a Pleuropterus multiflorus stem cell culture extract having the hair growth effect. Accordingly, the present invention can obtain the composition with the excellent hair growth effect by mixing the human-derived fat stem cell culture extract and the Pleuropterus multiflorus stem cell culture extract, which are widely but singularly used for hair growth at an appropriate ratio.본 발명은 육모효과를 갖는 인체 유래 지방줄기세포 배양액 추출물과 하수오 줄기세포 배양 추출물을 함유하는 조성물에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 인체 유래 지방줄기세포배양액과 하수오 줄기세포 배양 추출물은 모발에 작용하여 모근을 강화하는 효과가 있는데, 인체 지방 흡입술을 통해 얻어진 지방조직으로부터 지방 줄기세포를 분리하여 배양한 인체 유래 지방줄기세포 배양액 추출물과 하수오로부터 줄기세포를 유도한 뒤, 배양하여 얻은 하수오 줄기세포 배양 추출물을 함유하여 본 발명의 육모효과를 위한 조성물을 제조한다.그러므로 본 발명은 일반적으로 모발에 사용하여 육모효과를 목적으로 범용적으로 사용하고 있지만 단독으로 사용해서 그 효과가 미비한 인체유래 줄기세포 배양액 추출물과 하수오 줄기세포 배양 추출물을 적당량으로 혼합하여 모발에 육모효과가 우수한 조성물을 얻을 수 있다.
