The present invention relates to the use of effervescent tablets containing insoluble active principles for the preparation of a suspension for inhalatory use that retain the primary particle size of the drug substance. The tablets dissolve in the solution until a fine suspension is obtained. La suspension conserve la composition granulométrique initiale de la substance médicamenteuse, ce qui permet lobtention de lintervalle thérapeutique de la fraction aspirée.
