The present invention relates to an end-effector for automatically harvesting paprika. According to the present invention, an end-effector for automatically harvesting paprika comprises: a gripping unit gripping paprika； and a cutting unit cutting gynophore of the paprika in a state of gripping the paprika by the gripping unit. The gripping unit comprises: a pair of upper gripping units formed to grip an upper portion of the paprika； and a pair of lower gripping units formed to grip a lower portion of the paprika. Moreover, gripping shapes of the upper gripping unit and the lower gripping unit are formed to be different in accordance with shape distribution of the paprika.본 발명은 파프리카 자동 수확용 엔드이펙트에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 파프리카 자동 수확용 엔드이펙트는 파프리카를 파지하는 파지부 및 파지부가 파프리카를 파지한 상태에서 파프리카의 과병을 절단하는 절단부를 포함하는 파프리카 자동 수확용 엔드이펙터에 있어서, 파지부는 한 쌍으로 형성되어 파프리카의 상부를 파지하는 상부 파지부 및 한 쌍으로 형성되어 파프리카의 하부를 파지하는 하부 파지부를 포함하고, 파프리카의 형상 분포에 따라서 상부 파지부와 하부 파지부의 파지 형상이 상이하게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
