PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plant cultivation apparatus which does not require frequent watering, does not limit the size of a planting section even if the water storage section is large, and does not require power. SOLUTION: A plant cultivation device in which a side wall hole is provided in an airtight water storage container formed in a closed space, water is supplied to a water supply cloth attached so as to be in contact with the side wall hole, and the water supply cloth itself becomes a planting part. It is a plant cultivation device characterized in that water is continuously supplied to the water supply cloth even if the water level drops below the side wall hole by having a water supply string in contact with the side wall hole inside the water storage container. The lower part of the side wall surface of the plant cultivation apparatus is made of a transparent or translucent material whose water level can be confirmed.
