The at least one filling chamber (3) is filled with a first phase-change material (4) which changes phase at approximately the lower temperature. The at least one filling chamber (3) is also filled with a second phase-change material (5) which changes phase at approximately the upper temperature. The thermal protection storage cell (1) makes it possible, in an expedient manner, to efficiently and safely keep temperature-sensitive goods in the temperature range, in particular during transport thereof.
