A sit and reach flexibility assessment apparatus comprises a spine with a measuringrule, footplates mounted on either side of the spine and rotatable out of the andat approximate right angles to the plane of the spine, and heel rests mounted atthe base of the footplates and rotatable to a position at approximate right anglesto the footplates and the spine. The apparatus also has storage compartmentsand a carry handle.
