This invention is to synthesize multifunctional graphene quantum dot-based materials and applied in bio-medical fields, including photodynamic therapy, photothermal therapy, photoluminescence probe, magnetic resonance imaging, positron emission tomography, and photoacoustics. Results showed that there was different effectiveness in those applications with the different size of the as-prepared materials.本發明係製備石墨烯為主的多功能材料,當作探針應用於生物醫學偵測領域之方法,包含光動力治療、光熱治療、光致發光/冷光探針、磁振造影、正子發射斷層掃描、與光聲成像等。且不同尺寸之材料於不同應用上有不同之效果。
