The function of the front wall of the casing is performed by a removable front cover mounted on the casing using a detachable connection and having a hole in the center, along the edge of which there is a protrusion with a locking mechanism for installing interchangeable nozzles of various types. On the upper and lower edges of the front cover there are protrusions that perform the function of “handles” and are intended to simplify the procedure of removing / installing the front cover from the device body. The universal ultraviolet irradiator contains a control board for its operation modes. A switching device for turning the device on and off without disconnecting the power cord from the mains is made on the body of the universal ultraviolet irradiator, and buttons for controlling the operation modes of the device and a display can be made to visually monitor the operation of the device and the life of the UV radiation source. A reflector of a given shape is installed inside the case. In this case, the side walls of the reflector have a predetermined profile symmetrical with respect to a plane perpendicular to the base of the reflector and passing through its center line. A UV radiation source is located inside the reflector in such a way that it is equidistant from the side walls of the reflector, and its axial line is parallel to the axial line of the reflector.
