The present invention relates to a flexible joint sensor and a training system using the joint sensor. More specifically, the flexible joint sensor comprises: a flexible sensor unit provided on a flexible board； a flexible printed circuit board (FPCB) of which one side is in surface contact with an end part of the sensor unit, and an electrode part provided therein is connected to the end of the sensor unit； and a flexible film attached to surround the sensor unit and the FPCB.본 발명은 신축성 관절센서, 및 그 관절센서를 이용한 트레이닝 시스템에 대한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 관절센서에 있어서, 유연기판 상에 구비되며 신축성을 갖는 센서유닛； 일측이 상기 센서유닛의 끝단부와 면접촉되며, 내부에 구비된 전극부가 상기 센서유닛의 끝단과 연결되는 FPCB； 및 상기 센서유닛과 상기 FPCB를 감싸도록 접착되는 유연필름； 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 신축성 관절센서에 관한 것이다.
