The present invention uses sulfaguanidine that is not absorbed in the chicken intestinal tract and is able to kill coccidia by being in contact with them, in combination with dimetridazole that can kill anaerobes which cause intestinal toxicity syndrome； therefore both coccidia and the anaerobes that cause intestinal toxicity syndrome can be killed； potassium chloride and sodium chloride can correct the electrolyte balance to reduce any untoward effect caused by the loss of electrolyte due to diarrhea in the sick chicken； vitamin K3 has a hemostasis effect in reducing intestinal tract bleeding resulting from intestinal toxicity syndrome.
