PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid preparation containing ibuprofen and ethenzamide in which wetting of the preparation due to interaction between ibuprofen and ethenzamide in high-temperature storage is suppressed, appearance change of the preparation is suppressed, and collapsibility of the preparation and elution property of effective ingredients are excellent.SOLUTION: The inventor found out that wetting of a preparation is surprisingly suppressed and a change of appearance is suppressed when specific antacid is blended. Specifically, a solid preparation contains (a) ibuprofen, (b) ethenzamide, and (C) at least one antacid selected from the group consisting of magnesium oxide, synthetic aluminum silicate, and magnesium hydroxide-aluminium.SELECTED DRAWING: NoneCOPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】 イブプロフェン及びエテンザミドを含有する固形製剤において、高温保存時におけるイブプロフェンとエテンザミドとの相互作用による製剤の湿潤を抑制し、製剤の外観変化が抑制され、かつ製剤の崩壊性、薬効の溶出性に優れた固形製剤を提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】特定の制酸剤を配合すると、驚くべきことに製剤の湿潤が抑制し、外観変化が抑制されることを見出した。すなわち、(a)イブプロフェン、(b)エテンザミド、及び(C)酸化マグネシウム、合成ケイ酸アルミニウム、及び水酸化アルミナ・マグネシウムからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の制酸剤を含有することを特徴とする固形製剤である。【選択図】なし
