The present invention relates to a bleedless painless film. More specifically, the present invention relates to a topical marking type bleedless painless film for injection. The film has advantages of alleviating pain and bleeding of patients who need to be injected every day and preventing side effects of bruises and tissue contraction since an injection needle is injected right on the film and performs injection without movement.
