The present disclosure relates to a nutritional composition comprising a fat source that includes an enriched lipid fraction derived from milk. The enriched lipid fraction may contain saturated fatty acids, trans-fatty acids, monounsaturated fatty acids, CLAs, BCFAs, cholesterol, milk fat globule membrane proteins, gangliosides, and mixtures thereof. The enriched lipid fraction may exhibit additive or synergistic beneficial health effects when consumed.
