An electric side for supplying water to the water supply pipes (80) is opened to release water. The water can be supplied to the water vessel (300) for a predetermined period to prevent water loss. According to the present invention, a predetermined amount of the water vessel (300) can be supplied by the water level sensor (43) to suitably supply the water to sows through the water supply pipes (80) for preventing water loss. The automatic water supply method can be used to reduce wastewater, prevent feed loss, reduce management labor, and increase the amount of water drunk by sows and pigs by continuously supplying a suitable amount of fresh water to the water vessel (300).
