PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navel orangeworm-attracting composition and attractant which can comparatively stably release an attracting composition even in a time zone low in temperature, and can stably attract and capture a navel orangeworm even in a farm field installed with a sexual pheromone communication disturbance agent.SOLUTION: Provided is a navel orangeworm-attracting composition containing phenyl propionate and ethyl phenylacetate, contains no sexual pheromone of a navel orangeworm, and is in a liquid state at 0-20°C.
