A catheter for drainage of a wound and delivery of a therapeutic agent at or near the wound of a patient is provided. The catheter comprises: a proximal end configured to receive the therapeutic agent and permit passage of bodily fluid, the proximal end configured to be coupled to a drainage tube and/or a therapeutic agent delivery device a distal end for insertion at or near the wound and a body disposed between the proximal end and distal end of the catheter and configured to receive the therapeutic agent from the proximal end of the catheter, the body having a first set of holes configured to allow passage of the therapeutic agent from the proximal end to a site at or near the wound and the body having a second set of holes configured to allow drainage of bodily fluid from the wound into the catheter.Linvention porte sur un cathéter pour le drainage dune plaie et la distribution dun agent thérapeutique au niveau de ou près de la plaie dun patient.
