The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a particle-homogenized silica liposome and a particle-homogenized silica liposome manufactured thereby. The particle-homogenized silica liposome of the present invention is manufactured by modifying silica, so that a size of the particle is uniformly controlled. Also, efficiency of supporting a functional material is high by mixed sericite, thereby representing high transfer efficiency and emission efficiency when being used a real cosmetic raw material. The manufacturing method of a silica liposome comprises: a step (a) of dissolving lecithin in a solvent and homogenizing; a step (b) of adding a silica precursor to the solution of the step (a), and stirring; a step (c) of centrifuging the solution of the step (b), and obtaining a silica liposome particle; and a step (d) of adding and mixing a sericite plate-shaped powder to the silica liposome particle of the step (c), and obtaining the silica liposome particle coated by the sericite.본 발명은 입자 균일화 실리카 리포좀 제조 방법 및 이에 의하여 제조된 입자 균일화 실리카 리포좀에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 입자 균일화 실리카 리포좀은 실리카를 개질하여 제조됨으로써 입자 크기가 균일하게 제어되고 혼합된 세리사이트에 의해 기능성 물질의 담지 효율이 높아 실제 화장품 원료로 사용시 높은 전달 효율 및 방출 효율을 나타낸다.
