PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument holding tool of an instrument holder, especially provide an instrument holding tool in an instrument holder and an instrument holder using the holding tool, which can easily change the configuration and disposition of instruments of the instrument holder and a table according to users requirement.SOLUTION: An instrument holding tool includes: a hollow circular truncated cone-like part, the front of which is a wide opening for putting in and out an instrument a hollow cylindrical part connected thereto a guide piece provided on the outer wall of the hollow circular truncated cone-like part an engagement piece provided backward from the upper part of the hollow circular truncated cone-like part a locking part provided on the tip of the engagement piece and cut-out release parts provided on the lower part of the hollow circular truncated cone-like part and the lower part of the hollow cylindrical part connected thereto to facilitate insertion and removal of an instrument tube for supplying the air and the electric power to the instrument. The instrument holding tool is removably mounted in an instrument holding tool insertion hole provided at the tip part of an instrument holder.
