PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical information processing device that enables a radiograph interpretation diagnosis and a radiograph interpretation report right after photographing an image, and enables reduction in work load for preparing the radiograph interpretation report.SOLUTION: A medical information processing device comprises a medical information DB 262 in which location information of a model image of a predetermined human body and medical information (item indicative of an anatomical segment) are stored in association of the location information with the medical information, and when an attention location of a medical image displayed in a display part 23 is designated, a control part 21 is configured to convert location information on the designated attention location into location information on the model image； extract the medical information corresponding to the location information on the model image from the medical information DB 262； and cause the display part 23 to display the extracted medical information as a selection candidate. Then, when the medical information is selected from the selection candidate displayed in the display part 23, the control part 21 is configured to prepare a radiograph interpretation report using the selected medical information.【課題】画像撮影後すぐに読影診断及び読陰レポートの作成が開始可能であり、読影レポート作成の作業負荷を低減することのできる医用情報処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】予め定められた人体のモデル画像の位置情報と医療情報（解剖学的区分を示す項目）とを対応付けて記憶する医療情報ＤＢ２６２を備え、制御部２１は、表示部２３に表示された医用画像の注目位置が指定されると、指定された注目位置の位置情報を、モデル画像の位置情報に変換し、当該モデル画像の位置情報に対応する医療情報を医療情報ＤＢ２６２から抽出し、抽出された医療情報を選択候補として表示部２３に表示させる。そして、制御部２１は、表示部２３に表示された選択候補から医療情報が選択されると、選択された医療情報を用いて読影レポートを作成する。【選択図】図２
