The frame is made of round tubes and includes two side U-shaped frame with vertical racks and upper horizontal crossbar, several pairs of opposite horizontal ties of round tubes are attached to the vertical racks from their inner side at different levels of height, fastened by threaded connections using curly reducers-lodgements bent down along the radius to form guide runners for the containers. The upper pair of horizontal ties-guide runners is attached to the vertical racks of the side U-shaped frames below the level of the upper horizontal cross-arms. For installation and fixation on horizontal tie-guide runners, housing sidewalls and containers lid are made with edges curved along the perimeter, the edges of which are bent down along the radius equidistantly to the side surface of round tubes of the horizontal ties-guide runners.
