The present invention relates to a use of miRNA-30 for controlling radiation sensitivity, which inquires that the expression of miR-30 increases in cancer cells when irradiated, thereby inducing the malignancy and radiation resistance of cancer cells； and confirms that miR-30 is a therapeutic target of radiation therapy through a miR-30 inhibitor, so as to apply the results to cancer treatment.본 발명은 miRNA-30의 방사선 민감성 조절 용도에 관한 것으로, 방사선 조사 시 암세포에서 miR-30의 발현이 증가하여 암세포의 악성화 및 방사선 저항성을 유도함을 규명하고, miR-30 저해제를 통해 miR-30이 방사선 요법의 치료적 타겟 임을 확인하여 이를 암 치료에 적용하는 효과가 있다.
