[Problem] To provide a compound which is useful as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition, e.g., a pharmaceutical composition for cancer immunotherapy purposes, and/or a compound which is useful as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition for immunostimulation purposes.[Solution] The present inventors have studied extensively for the purpose of producing a pharmaceutical composition for cancer immunotherapy purposes and/or a pharmaceutical composition for immunostimulation purposes. As a result, it is found that 6-ethyl-3-({3-methoxy-4-[4-(4-methylpiperazin-1- yl)piperidin-1-yl]phenyl}amino)-5-(tetrahydro-2H-pyran-4- ylamino)pyrazine-2-carboxamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof has an excellent immunostimulation activity and a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient has promise to be used as a pharmaceutical composition for cancer immunotherapy purposes and/or a pharmaceutical composition for immunostimulation purposes.
