摘要:
An applied method for transporting and cleaning tuberous roots comprises operations for delivering a pile, preliminary distribution thereof onto separate components, interacting with different cleaning working elements and drawing aside the bodies of the tuberous roots beyond the cleaning ranges. Prior to delivery onto the cleaning working elements the shredded parts of the pile are spirally rotated in the direction from top downwards inside of the internal concave surface of a centrifugal rotator of vibratory action. Then they are vibratory shaked off through a lower opening of the rotator and delivered onto the upper part of a turnback plate of a cleaner, which guides the rotational movement of tuberous roots in the direction, opposite as regards to the movement, given by the rotator, combing off and striking off the sticking soil from the bodies of tuberous roots and taking thereof aside beyond the cleaning ranges vertically downwards. A unit for transporting and cleaning tuberous roots comprises a feed conveyer, a turnback brush, a finger blanket cleaner and an unloading conveyer. The end of the feed conveyer, directed downwards, is inside of a driven centrifugal rotator of vibratory action, in the direction to the internal wall thereof. A short pressure conveyer is arranged from above at angle to the feed conveyer. The internal hollow of the rotator of a concave shape, formed by round longitudinal rods, mounted with gaps, comprises a spiral tape, which is directed downwards, with short rubber fingers of a convex shape, fixed thereon with a space. The upper part of the rotator is mounted on flexible suspensions, and that lower is kinematically connected with a drive of oscillatory movement. Under the rotator, inside an immovable cone collector, a cleaning turnback plate is mounted, the latter is connected with a drive of rotational movement in the direction opposite to the rotational movement of the centrifugal rotator, and upper outer surface thereof of a conve
