PURPOSE: A system for manufacturing embolic microspheres is provided to ensure 400-600 micron of a regular blood vessel size and to maximize embolization efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A system for manufacturing embolic microspheres comprises: a three-dimensional hydrodynamic collection device for injecting hydrophilic polymer fluid and contrast media fluid each； and a drop-forming lab-on-a-chip for injecting hydrophobic fluid and hydrophilic polymer fluid. The three dimensional hydrodynamic collection device comprises: a main channel having an inflow port and an outflow port for the hydrophilic polymer fluid； a pair of injection port which is connected between the inflow port and the outflow port in a certain interval； and sub-channels 1-3 which are aligned from the inflow port in a certain interval. The sub-channels 1 and 2 are placed under the main channel. The sub-channel 3 is placed at the sample layer of the main channel.본 발명은 (a) 친수성 고분자 유체 및 조영제 유체가 각각 주입되어 친수성 고분자 유체에 조영제가 집속되게 하는 3차원 유체역학 집속 장치； 및 (b) 소수성 유체 및 상기 (a)의 3차원 유체역학 집속 장치에 의해 조영제 유체가 집속된 친수성 고분자 유체가 각각 주입되는 액적 형성용 랩온어칩을 포함하는 색전 미세구 제조 시스템 및 상기 시스템을 이용하여 제조된 색전 미세구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 시스템을 통하여 조영제 또는/및 약리활성 물질(항암제)를 색전 미세구에 봉입 또는/및 탑재하여 종양조직 주변에 형성된 혈관에 적용되는 색전술, 조영제 또는 약물 전달 시스템(drug delivery system, DDS)에 이용하기 위한 색전 미세구를 간단하고 효율적으로 제조할 수 있다. 또한, 상기 시스템을 통하여 제조된 색전 미세구의 평균 직경은 400-600 마이크론으로 일정하여 혈관 크기에 적합하고, 약리활성 물질을 탑재되는 경우에는 색전술의 효율을 극대화 시킬 수 있다. 한편, 조영제가 봉입된 색전 미세구는 시술의 용이함을 부여한다.
