PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plunger for a syringe, which prevents a plunger rod and a gasket from falling off during manufacture and prevents a screw from falling off due to the vibrations of a carrying vehicle.SOLUTION: In the plunger for the syringe composed of the plunger rod provided with male threads on the end and the gasket provided with female threads to be thread-engaged with the male threads, a projection part is provided on the back bottom part of the gasket, a fitting part for fitting the projection part is provided at the center of the male threads part top surface of the plunger rod, the fitting of the projecting part and the fitting part is ended simultaneously when the thread-engagement of the male threads and the female threads is completed, and a mechanism for securing the fitting is provided.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】製造中のプランジャーロッドとガスケットの脱落の防止、また運搬中の車輌の振動によるネジの外れが生じないシリンジ用のプランジャーを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】先端に雄ネジを設けたプランジャーロッドと、前記雄ネジと螺合する雌ネジを設けたガスケットからなるシリンジ用プランジャーにおいて、ガスケットの奥底部に凸状部を設けると共に、プランジャーロッドの雄ネジ部天面の中央に前記凸状部を嵌合する嵌合部を設け、雄ネジ及び雌ネジの螺合の完了時に前記凸状部と前記嵌合部の嵌合も同時に終了し、かつその嵌合を固定する機構を設けたことを特徴とするシリンジ用プランジャーである。【選択図】図1
